CDP leader sentenced by the so-called "People's Court" in Beijing without the "court" even asking whether Mr. He wanted to appeal the sentence. FCM declares this usual fake "trial" completely lacks duo process and is another example of the violation of international laws after the world became complaisant with this regime in exchange for business without the consideration of the principles of human rights and the rule of law in occupied main land China.

Free China Movement highly praises Mr. He's courageous declarations in the court that the PRC government and its "rubber stamp" court have no legality and thus jurisdiction to try and sentence him for his peaceful activities to exercise his inalienable rights of freedom of association and freedom of speech.

Free China Movement strongly protest the kidnapping and illegal detention of CDP leader He Depu by the terrorist regime under the control of CCP who force the people to accept their "de facto" rule by all means of terror except the rule of law and the respect of basic rights since 1949.

中国民主党京津党部负责人被判八年

2003年11月6日讯，中午11点45分，北京市法院第一审判厅开庭，以

“颠覆政府罪”判处“中国民主党京津党部负责人”何德普8年有期

徒刑。

中共法院的公诉人控诉何德普“煽动颠覆国家政权罪”的两条罪状，

其一是：他是中国民主党党员；其二是：他在网上发表文章下列四篇

文章：

1.《中国民主党迎接新世纪宣言》、

2.《抗议国家安全局秘密绑架异议人士杨子立》、

3.《中国民主党北京临时负责人何德普致美国总统布什的信》

4.《为民主党人胡明君、王森而作--工潮、农运的实干家》。

何德普一走进宣判厅，就表现得情绪激动，大声抗议。整个宣判过程

只有5分钟。

何是北京社科院职工。1976年参加“4．5”运动，1978年参加民主墙

运动。1998年，以个人身分参加北京市朝阳区人大代表竞选。
