What is Phentermine?
Adipex-P is a name brand phentermine (Hcl) sold by GATE Pharmaceuticals. Oral phentermine hcl is an appetite suppressant used for short-term treatment of exogenous obesity, along with other lifestyle modifications.

What are the mechanisms?
Phentermine works by stimulating a gland, called the hypothalamus, and affecting certain neurotransmitters to decrease appetite. Because it is similar chemically to amphetamines, it has the potential for psychological dependency; it should be used with caution.

Are there any Adipex Side Effects ?
Common Phentermine side effects include the following: Irritability Tiredness Depression Nervousness Sense of well-being Increased blood pressure Dry mouth

What is the appropriate Phentermine dose?
Adults under sixty:
Capsules- 15 to 37.5 mg each morning
Tablets - 15 to 37.5 mg each morning, or, take 15 to 37.5 mg in divided doses one-half hour before meals
Adults 60 and over:
Consult your physician a reduced dose may be appropriate
Missed Phentermine doses
Take as soon as you remember, If close to the next dose, skip and wait till the next dose.
Do not take more than the appropriate dose.
Are there any drug interactions with Phentermine?
