Whereas, the aggressive Chinese Communist government, in defiance of international law, has agreements with the Vietnamese Communist Politburo to set up economic and defense institutions with the long-term view of eventually taking control of Vietnam and suing this Southeast Asian nation as one of its satellites. Whereas, the incompetent Vietnamese Communist government has willingly ceded control of Vietnam's jurisdiction in territorial conflicts to their Chinese overlords. The deaths of these men have resulted in their families' losing their main source of livelihood. 3. The release of maps detailing the territorial waters of both nations as well as any and all agreements drawn up between the two governments to the United Nations and the world community at-large. 5.
